The construction of soft power of law enforcement is a necessary precondition for promoting quality and level of law enforcement,is the key of strengthening soft power of public security organs,and is more important standard for measuring basic operational work and checking the effect of basic construction of grass-roots organs,which is closely related to the base of"three basics" project.
