Taguchi doctor′s quality loss function and the loss function of the calibration system are discussed,on the basis of analyzing the deficiency of the loss function of the calibration system;an improved loss function of the calibration system is given accordingly,and the optimum calibration interval and adjustment limit based on the improved loss function of the calibration system are derived.
