性质: 又称高良姜黄素,高良姜精。微黄色针状结晶(由乙醇中结晶),熔点214~215℃,尚可溶于乙醇、乙醚,不溶于水,易溶于氯仿、苯。天然存在于姜科植物高良姜(Alpiniao officinarum Hance)的根,大高良姜[A. galanga (L.)Swartz.],车前草科植物大车前(Plantago major L.)的叶等植物中。可由化学合成法制备。本品可使鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA98和TA100发生诱变。具有抗肿瘤及细胞毒活性、醛糖还原酶抑制活性。还有局部麻醉、抗炎及抗菌作用。是皮肤增白化妆品的组成成分。
