After analysing the characteristic of the future war,we find out that it is necessary to make uniform description of the operation task,so that the operation task oriented dynamic meta-synthesis of operation system can be completed successfully and each operation system can approach the agreement on the operation task.

During process of dynamic operation system integration centering on operation tasks,because of complexity of the logic relations among operation tasks and limited number of operation systems,there may exists operation system s conflicts among operation tasks.

The IDEF3 model has been largely applied to describe the complicated operation task process because of its characteristic that is easy to be learned and to be comprehended,but it also has some shortcomings that the IDEF3 model cannot be used to effectively analyse the logic and time sequence of operation task.
