shuijin水浸(water leaching)用清水作浸出剂的矿物浸出工艺。水浸法可用于处理氯化烙烧、钠化焙烧和硫酸化焙烧产物(焙砂)及天然硫酸铜、盐、芒硝、天然碱和钾盐等水溶性矿物原料。氯化焙烧时,目的组分转变为气相或固相氯化物,气相氯化物经冷凝后呈固态氯化物溶于水。钠化焙烧时,目的组分转变为相应的水溶性钠盐;硫酸化焙烧时,目的组分转变为相应的硫酸盐。水浸此类焙烧产物,可使相应组分转入浸出液中,其他组分留在浸出渣中。经固液分离,水溶性组分和非水溶性组分分别回收。 (黄礼煌)
