congenital preauricular fistula
一种常见的先天性畸形，为第一鳃沟的遗迹，瘘口常位于耳轮脚前。多为盲管，深浅长短不一，一般无症状，挤压时有分泌物溢出，可继发感染。无感染者不需治疗，有继发感染者，手术切除瘘管。
