To improve the tribological properties, WS_2-Ag nanocomposite films were deposited on medium carbon steel substrate by magnetron sputtering WS_2-Ag composite targets and magnetron co-sputtering method using a pure WS_2 target and a pure Ag target.
为了进一步改善其摩擦学性能,本文采用磁控溅射WS_2-Ag复合靶和共溅射纯WS_2靶和Ag靶制备WS_2-Ag纳米复合薄膜,研究了不同Ag含量和不同工艺参数对复合薄膜的微观结构和摩擦磨损性能的影响,及不同摩擦试验条件对薄膜摩擦学性能的影响。
