Based on literature on transition of economy system, this paper explores the development competition and mode choice of market integration in China,focuses on the regional development of Changjiang Delta and Zhujiang Delta,and points out that integration market system would be the key goal and industry integration would be the base.
以中国经济转型为研究背景,以长江三角洲和珠江三角洲为例,分析发达地区之间的发展竞争特点、市场一体化条件与发展模式选择问题,可以发现:发达地区之间的发展竞争在产业竞争力、市场进入、生产要素区域聚集与配置、创新能力培育四个方面表现得最为明显;区域发展政策的相互协调配合、产业与产业集群的跨地区分工合作、公共投资跨地区优化配置是推进发达地区市场一体化的关键;市场一体化的最终目的是形成一体化的市场体系、产业体系、对外开放体系和一体化的制度安排与政策体系;产业一体化是发达地区间市场一体化的基础,能否消除地方保护与区域市场分割是主要的衡量标准。
