高磁导率合金high permeabilitya一10邓在弱磁场中磁导率尽较高的软磁材料。根据技术磁化理论,在弱磁场中,磁化在可逆阶段,其起始磁导率娜由可逆畴壁位移或可逆畴转所决定。在可逆磁化时有下列关系 Ms_r闪认兀不厄万万’了 八1一二于刁sU 乙式中Ms为饱和磁化强度;Kl是磁晶各向异性常数;凡为饱和磁致伸缩系数;J为内应力;Z是夹杂物含量;r是夹杂物半径。由上式可知:若使召:高,必须Kl和凡接近于零,应力J接近于零,夹杂物少且聚成团,合金的」么高等。 软磁合金中,同时具有很小的Kl和凡的仅有高镍坡莫合金(见铁镍系合金)、铁硅铝(Fe一Si一AD系Sen-dust合金、钻(Co)基非晶态合金和铁(Fe)基超微晶合金。高磁导率合金的典型性能见表。 高镍坡莫合金主要指镍铁铂(Ni一Fe一Mo)三元合金,即含Mo4一6%的1 J 79、1 J 85、1 J 86合金,以及镍铜钥铁(Ni一Cu一Mo一Fe)系四元合金,即IJ77合金。加其他合金元素如优(Nb)、担(Ta)、铬(Cr)、钨(W)等也可以得到高硬度(HV)、高电阻率p的高磁导率合金。 典型的Sendust合金含51约9 .6%,Al约5 .4%,余为Fe。可加入各种合金元素以改善其加工性和磁性。加入3%左右Ni的超Fe一51一AI合金(Supersendust),可以温轧得到0.2rnrn厚的薄带,经磁场处理后有很高的磁导率(见铁硅铝系合金)。
