急性乳房炎
本病包括乳头、乳晕及乳腺的急性化脓性炎症。多发生在产后哺乳妇女，在产后第3或4周发生。多因细菌的破损或皲裂处侵入，或产妇其他部位感染引起。乳汁郁积，乳头清洁差均是其诱因。临床表现：①乳腺炎早期有高热，畏寒，寒战，患侧乳房胀痛，乳房皮肤表面可发红，浅表静脉扩张，出现界限不清的肿块，触痛明显。积极治疗多能消散；②乳腺蜂窝织炎：炎症继续发展，症状加重。疼痛加剧，局部红肿发热，有明显肿块及压痛，腋下淋巴肿大及压痛，白细胞升高及核左移，可能引起败血症；③乳腺脓肿，见乳房脓肿节。治疗：理疗，手术，抗生素治疗。停止哺乳并退奶。预防：孕期乳房护理，哺乳要吸净，哺乳后清洗乳头，注意早期治疗。
