Sensitivity analysis of effect of the secondary air distribution mode on the unburned carbon is studied in this paper,meanwhile,a multi-complex algorithm is employed to perform a search to determine the optimum solution of optimal recursive neural network(ORNN),which is used to set up a boiler property model,so as to obtain currently optimum distribution mode of secondary air.

Based on the internal economic operation of a small hydropower station,the dynamic programming method is used for the second dispatching of water in a period of ten days for the maximal output of electricity.

The first distribution based on market and the second distribution based on government are principal parts of distribution system in our country, however social harmony development and contradiction adjustment of all social stratums depend on charity donation activities, hence lead to appearance and development of the third distribution theory.

However,there are still many problems in the third distribution now.
