POD,EST,DIA,CAT and MDH were analyzed in different growth stages by polyacrylamide gel e-lectrophoresis(PAGE) of between rice photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS) D18 derived lines and ordinary varieties.
本实验通过对光温敏核不育系D18衍与常规可育品种在不同的生育时期进行了过氧化物酶(POD)、酯酶(EST)、淀粉酶(DIA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)的聚丙烯酰胺同工酶凝胶电泳的初步研究,发现D18衍与常规可育品种在不同生育时期的这5种同工酶酶谱表达上的差异;并且光温敏核不育系D18衍的育性转换的敏感时期(即小孢子晚期)5种同工酶酶谱表达上均出现了或消或长的特征酶带。
