The emulsions stabilized by HPAM and emulsifying active sub-fractions were easy to be demulsified and flocculated by the cationic flocculants with high MW,such as PAC and CPAM-1,in absence of salt due to the weak synergistic flocculation between HPAM and those flocculants.
结果表明,高相对分子质量、强极性亚组分SF42及高酸值亚组分SF31与HPAM共同稳定的乳状液比弱极性亚组分SF2所稳定的乳状液更难破乳絮凝;在不含盐的模拟体系中,高相对分子质量絮凝剂聚合铝(PAC)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM-1)与HPAM有较弱的协同絮凝作用,协同作用机制以桥连作用为主;HPAM的盐敏效应导致含聚污水盐质量浓度超过7000 mg/l以后,其中油珠zeta电位由负值变成正值,使得具有一定阳离子度的高相对分子质量絮凝剂CPAM-1对含盐、含HPAM模拟乳状液及实际污水的破乳絮凝效果明显优于其它絮凝剂,且CPAM-1与污水中HPAM在较宽的浓度范围内都有很强的协同絮凝作用。
