Directing toward the heavy section ductile iron produced by Xuan hua mechanical factory of Beijing,which has the problems of spheroidization and inoculation declined and the low percent of pass,the injection is adopted instead of the tradtional method in this article.
针对北京宣化机械厂生产的厚大断面球墨铸铁件中出现的球化孕育衰退、产品质量合格率低的问题,采用喂线技术取代传统的冲入法,在孕育线中加入了抗衰退的钡及重稀土元素,起到了更好的抗衰退作用,生产出的厚大断面球墨铸铁件的抗拉强度高于400MPa,延伸率大于18%,完全符合QT400-18的力学性能指标要求。
