The effect of finishing rolling ratio,softening annealing temperature and grain size on the 4004/ 3003/4004 aluminum alloy brazing foil is studied in this paper.
结果表明:铝复合钎焊箔材的抗下垂性能与成品轧制前的软化退火温度以及成品轧制率有关;随着轧制率的升高,钎焊箔材的抗下垂性能的下垂值呈增加的趋势;冷加工率在10%~20%之间的钎焊箔材的抗下垂性能表现最好;进一步分析可知,箔材的晶粒度与其抗下垂性能有很直接的关系。
