We carded the evolutional logic from the view of enterprise resources to that of industrial clusters, borrowed ideas from analysis in Institutional Economics, probed the internal relationship between economic concentration and geographical resources, and concluded that the resources "Rent" hiding in resources sharing is the immanent motivation of regional economy concentration.
