膀胱毒性


  引起膀胱毒性的主要药物是环磷酰胺和异环磷酰胺。病人用药后尿中4-羟基代谢产物丙烯醛在膀胱内浓度较高,引起化学性出血性膀胱炎。预防方法可大量饮水,静脉输液,使大量排尿。还可用巯乙磺酸钠(美斯那)保护膀胱。
