【Objective】To evaluate haemodynamics varieties to Lidocaine-Prilocaine Cream endotracheal topical anesthesia preventing from operation position changing after general anesthesia.

Patients in the control group were given conventional surgical position,while their counterparts in the observation group adopted modified position,including giving shoulder pads to expose the bilateral longus colli;using C-shaped gel lap,circular pillows and broad adhesive tapes to fix the head and neck;protecting eyes;and using homemade sterile protector to cover bulb.
