性质:又称槐树定,槐定。白色粗针状或大棱柱状结晶(由石油醚中),味苦,熔点108~110℃,旋光度[α]D-63.45°(c=0.9879,水)。易溶于水、甲醇、乙醇、四氯化碳等溶剂。植物来源有豆科植物苦豆草(Sophora alopecuroides L.),日本山豆根(guchresta japonica Benth.),苦参(Sophora flavescens Ait)的根等。具有抗肿瘤、抗心律失常、抗炎抑菌、抗胆碱、抗被动皮肤过敏及止痢作用,还具有体外抑精和免疫抑制作用。临床试用于治疗恶性葡萄胎和绒毛上皮癌,是一种高效低毒的抗癌生物碱。
