In order to search the risk factors of cord around neck,we collect the data of parturients in the department of Obstetries and Gynecology of from 1995 to 1996,such as delivery history,birth history,the condition of cord around neck and the charactoristics of demography and sociology,15 factors in total.
为查找脐带绕颈的危险因素 ,收集 1995年至 1996年在广西医科大学第一附属医院产科分娩者的分娩史、出生史、脐带绕颈情况及一般人口学社会学特征等资料 ,共 15个因素 ,先采用单因素非条件 L ogistic模型分析 ,然后选有显著性影响的因素作多因素非条件 L ogistic模型分析。

脐带可缠绕胎儿身体各部分，以缠绕颈部最多，其次为躯干及肢体，脐带缠绕胎儿颈部即称为脐带绕颈，为脐带常见的并发症，占分娩总数的20%～25%以上。对胎儿的影响视缠绕松紧程度而不同。缠绕1～2圈者居多，3圈以上者少见。缠绕松紧与缠绕圈数与脐带长短有关。一般来说，脐带越长，可能缠绕圈数越多，如果缠绕较松，应对胎儿无危害；如果缠绕过紧，可能影响胎儿的血液循环造成胎儿宫内缺氧和窒息。这种情况在分娩期间胎头下降过程表现更加明显。产前B超检查若探测到胎儿颈部有血管声影即可提示脐带绕颈，但对脐带长度和缠绕松紧则无法探测。脐带绕颈时在分娩过程中常有胎心变化，尤其是在子宫收缩时，胎心减慢幅度较大，且恢复较慢，有时还可影响胎先露下降。此时阴道检查如无脐带脱垂，多为脐带绕颈所致。由于脐带绕颈引起的胎儿子宫内缺氧，窒息，处理同胎儿窘迫。
