Objective: To study effect of hemiplegic shoulder pain and genu recurvatum on recovery of upper and lower limb function and research Preventive and therapeutic effect of early rehabilitation on them.
两组均常规进行神经内科药物治疗，康复组加以运动疗法等综合康复治疗，并对每组患者在入组时和6个月后利用Fugl-Meyer评定量表和神经功能缺损量表进行功能评定上下肢功能评定并进行肩痛、膝过伸的评定。

Objective:Observing the changes of inflammation markers and analysising the correlations among different traditional Chinese medicial(TCM)symptom accumulated points groups to type 2 diabetes mellimus(T2DM) complicating limb vessel pathological changes(LVP) and the syndrome of qi and yin deficient and stagnation of blood(SQYDSB).
目的:观察2型糖尿病下肢血管病变气阴两虚兼血瘀症患者不同中医证候积分组炎症标记物的变化并分析其相关性。
