本课题以三种凹顶藻:冈村凹顶藻(Laurencia okamurai),三列凹顶藻(Laurencia tristicha),波状软骨凹顶藻(Chondrophycus undulatus)为实验材料,用藻体切段培养的方法研究了三种凹顶藻类藻体切段再生芽的形成及其再生过程中的极性。
