The results indicate that high-frequency induction brazing process of aluminum/steel can replaced explosion welding to reach the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
本文综述了铝与钢异种金属焊接的研究与发展概况,首先,针对铝/钢异种金属焊接特点研制出了一种最佳铝/钢焊接的焊料配方;然后,采用氩气保护下的高频感应钎焊方法对铝钢进行了焊接,利用双臂电桥、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、光学显微镜及显微硬度仪等,测试了铝/钢钎焊片的导电性能和焊缝结构、组织及硬度分布等,并分析了高频感应钎焊工艺对导电性能的影响及焊缝界面的界面反应及结合机理,研究出了一套能够代替铝/钢爆炸焊的高频感应钎焊工艺,达到了节能降耗的目的。

The microstructure performances of argon protect high-frequency induction brazing interface of Al/45 steel were studied by means of SEM, electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), micro-hardness test and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
采用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、显微硬度及X射线衍射(XRD)等测试方法,对Al/45钢氩气保护高频感应钎焊界面附近的显微组织性能进行了试验研究。
