【Method】 The BC1F2 progenies derived from allotriploid hybrid(AAC) and diploid Chinese cabbage(AA) were used as materials,by using analysis of the root tip cell chromosome number and linkage group-specific SSR markers from linkage groups of cabbage,the Chinese cabbage-cabbage alien addition line was selected and identified.
