补充资料:掺混肥料
      又称干混肥料,含氮、磷、钾三种营养元素中任何两种或三种的化肥,是以单元肥料或复合肥料为原料,通过简单的机械混合制成,在混合过程中无显著化学反应。掺混肥料的生产技术简单,在美国,掺混操作和施肥操作尽可能在同一天进行,在这种情况下,不需考虑产品的贮存性能。在不少国家中,掺混肥料还需包装和贮存一段时间,因而产品的贮存性能十分重要。所有的原料都应该是干燥的、颗粒均匀、且强度高,以防产品在贮存和运输过程中吸水、结块和颗粒分离。
  
  掺混肥料的生产有三种形式:①地区性的小型生产,通常在几十公里范围内销售产品,这种形式在美国很普遍,近年有5300多套装置,每套装置的平均年产量约为2.5kt。②建在港区或交通运输中心区的大型生产,通常是由船运进基础肥料,产品包装后进入较大地区的市场。每套装置年生产能力 30~300kt。③由基础肥料生产厂生产,一般是先生产几种单元或复合肥料,然后经过掺混操作,生产出多种规格的掺混肥料。例如在磷酸铵生产过程中加入氯化钾可生产出的复合肥料规格(N-P2O5-K2O 百分比)有14-37-12、12-32-16和10-25-25等,它们再与尿素掺混,生产出各种掺混肥料。掺混肥料的生产流程较简单,各种基础肥料卸入仓库,然后进行计量混合。产品由汽车直接送到用户或送入贮仓。
