Based on the qualitative case study of portfolio assessment in RICH teaching innovation for English majors with the data collected by learners and teachers journals,the paper explores the evaluation of the learning process of Comprehensive English Course.
笔者以浙江师范大学英语专业RICH教改的学习档案评价为案例,以质性的研究方法,通过教学日志等手段获得反馈,发现综合英语的学习存在着时间分配不合理、学习资料消化不充分、混淆档案制作的两种取向、评量费时和评分困难问题。

要克服这些问题,就必须将"案例教学"与"诊所式教学"相结合,形成自学规范、案件会商、实践演练"三位一体"的全新教学模式,实现法学教学方法的根本性转变。
