Methods: Main compensation methods are breath-hold, respiratory gating, four-dimensional radiotherapy and real-time tumor tracking, which reduce tumor motion, synchronize radiation with a certain respiratory phase, take time into consideration during radiotherapy and make radiation beam following with the moving tumor respectively.
方法:补偿方法主要有屏气技术、呼吸门控技术、四维放疗以及实时肿瘤跟踪,分别通过减小肿瘤运动、使放疗与呼吸特定时相同步、放疗过程考虑时间变量、并使射野束与肿瘤位置相对固定来补偿肿瘤运动。

放射免疫导向治疗
是应用核素标记单抗能与肿瘤细胞上肿瘤抗原结合特点,形成肿瘤及其转移灶产生放射性物质聚积,应用特制γ探测仪进行放射计数,即可借放射性物质聚积的浓度判断是否为肿瘤病灶,避免了手术切除时的盲目性、主观性,有助于合理地确定手术范围。
