In this experiment,we cloned cotton fiber-specific promoter GhCesA4 from "Xinluzao 19",GenBank accession number is EU183119.
以新疆陆地棉品种新陆早19的DNA为模板,克隆了棉花纤维特异启动子GhCesA4,GenBank登录号:EU183119,将启动子基因序列克隆到pMD19-T载体中,由载体通用引物M13-47、RV-M经PCR鉴定获得pMD19-T/GhCesA4重组载体。
