Objectives:Two simulated laboratory methods,which were Enterococcus faealis Test and Bacillus Test, were introduced for evaluating the cleaning effect of tube-type instruments,comparing the repeatability and stability of these test;establishment of a biofilm model in vitro;then the bacterial biofilm was introduced for cleaning effect laboratory evaluation.
目的将粪肠球菌法和芽孢法两种模拟污染物实验室评价方法,运用于管腔型器械清洗效果评价,比较二者的一致性、重复性和稳定性;建立体外生物膜生成模型,将细菌生物膜引入实验室清洗效果评价,为制定我国管腔型器械清洗效果评价方法提供实验参考和数据支持。

管腔扩张度
放射学术语。X线双对比造影检查中，管腔(如胃)由气体充分且适度扩张的程度。“适度”的主要标志是纵行的粘膜皱襞应基本展平，管腔内的钡剂能随体位变动而在腔内流动。一般成年人，胃双对比造影中适度扩张的程度应为仰卧时胃角切迹至大弯之间的水平横径在7～10cm。
