Aiming at the household measurement used in central heating system currently,a design was completed,which using the GSM short message to control the central heating turning on or off,or through the pressed key to manually operate and to set fixing time for making it turn on or off.
针对目前集中供热系统大多数采用分户计量的情况,设计完成了可以使用户通过手机发送GSM短信对居室内暖气的开闭进行远程控制的,或者通过按键手动操作以及按键设置定时开闭的方式来灵活控制室内暖气阀门的开闭,从而可以使用户根据实际情况灵活控制室内的供暖时间,达到节能的目的。

Regarding the household measurement is commonly applied to central heating system currently,a central heating energy-saving control terminal design was completed,which using the SMS,infrared remote control,setting fixing time,or manual control to turn the valve on or off,in order to save energy effectively.
目前,集中供热普遍采用分户计量按流量计费,在此基础上,为了更有效地节约能源,本文进行了集中供热节能控制终端设计,实现了通过发送手机短信远程控制、红外遥控、定时控制、手动控制等多种方式灵活控制用户端暖气控制阀的开闭,使用户可根据实际的供暖需求灵活控制室内供暖状态;对供暖费用的收取采用射频卡预付费结合手机卡支付的方式,在有效解决热供应系统"收费难"问题的同时也大大提高了用户缴热费的便利性。

实际上,时间单位首先从天文观测来确定的,“1平太阳日或1天(1昼夜)”是以地球相对于太阳的自转周期为基准来计量的,一个平太阳日的1/86400为1秒;后来发现地球自转不均匀,1960年国际度量衡大会把时间基准改为以地球绕太阳公转周期,即规定为1900年地球公转周期(回归年)的1/31556925.9747为1秒;随着精确、稳定的原子钟制成,1967年国际度量衡大会规定国际单位制原子时的时间单位“秒(长)是两个超精细能级之间跃进所对应辐射9192631770个周期的持续时间”。
