While the immersion tubes are located eccentrically,larger eddies appear near the down immersion tube at the bottom of vacuum chamber,under free surface of vacuum chamber and in ladle,but no obvious effect on the recirculation flow rate was observed.
数值结果表明,偏心移动浸渍管时,在真空室底部、真空室及钢包钢液表面的下降管处发现较大的漩涡,但对循环流量影响较小;减小浸渍管间距,真空室左侧壁面的回流增强,循环流量减小;减小浸渍管插入深度,循环流量增大。
