| 清热解毒法 中医清法之一。运用具有寒凉解毒作用的药物为主组方，以治疗各种热毒病证的治法。适用于一切急性火毒，如温疫、温毒及火毒或疮疡热深毒重等证。常用黄连、黄芩、黄柏、银花、连翘、板蓝根、升麻、玄参、蒲公英、野菊花、半边莲等药物组成方剂，代表方剂为黄连解毒汤、普济消毒饮、仙方活命饮等。临床上具体运用清热解毒法时，对于脾胃素虚，气血不足，阴液亏虚者当慎用，必要时须与补气、养血、滋阴、健脾等法配合使用。 |
