prostate
男性生殖器附属腺中最大的实质性器官。由前列腺组织和肌组织构成。前列腺呈栗子形,底朝上,尖向下,位于膀胱的下方,包绕尿道的起始部。在腺的前面中线上,有一浅沟将腺分为左右两叶。前列腺上部为膀胱的下方,前面为耻骨联合,后面为直肠(距肛门上方约4~6cm),全长均被尿道通过。前列腺可分泌碱性液体,参与组成精液;另外还能分泌前列腺素。
