明代中叶创制的一种大型车炮,用净铁打制,分为天、地、元三种型号,“天字号”重280斤,长3.5尺,是最大炮;“地字号”重200斤,长3.2尺;“无字号”重地0至160斤长3.1尺。每门炮安装在一辆三枪炮车上,用铁绊固定炮并用2尺长的横枕木抵住炮尾。每发先装火药1至2斤,行紧后隔一层干上,再填3至5斤火药,装铅子1个,生钦于半升,最大射程达6至7里,铁子的辐射面宽约数丈。
