由于当归苦参丸是大蜜丸,有效成分含量低,服用剂量大,所以本论文通过研究当归苦参片的制作工艺,将当归苦参丸改剂型为有效成分含量较高的当归苦参片,以改善这个不足;并建立了高效液相色谱法和高效毛细管电泳法分别测定当归苦参片中的有效成分阿魏酸、苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量的方法,对当归苦参片的质量进行控制。
