以改善低渗透油藏开发状况为目标,开展优化压裂工艺技术研究,利用以往压裂资料、岩样和测井曲线综合分析,得出了最小主应力大小、杨氏模量及泊松比等,确定了水力压裂的裂缝垂向延伸高度和粘土矿物组分,提出了优选低伤害压裂液的必要性;对以往压裂进行了评估,提出了存在的不足,明确了改进方向;利用油藏模拟软件,考虑了榆树林油田为反九点法注水开发,确定了压裂规模;从榆树林油田的油藏特点和压裂工艺两方面优选了压裂液配方和支撑剂;利用水力裂缝模拟软件,确定了裂缝的几何尺寸和导流能力;对施工参数进行了优化。
