| 中国红十字会 中国人民卫生救护、社会福利团体。前身系清光绪三十年（1904）由工部尚书吕海寰、工部左侍郎盛宣怀倡导筹建的万国红十字会上海支会。1907年改名大清国红十字会。第一届会长吕海寰。1911年改名中国红十字会。1934年改称中华民国红十字会。1950年改组，从南京迁北京，复称中国红十字会，李德全任会长。1965年后，会长为钱信忠。1985年起崔月犁任会长。1990年起陈敏章任会长。总会设卫生救护部、社会福利部、组织建设部、宣传部、国际联络部、台湾事务部等职能机构。大陆30个省、自治区、直辖市都设有分会。共有基层组织8万个，会员1000万人。它是国际红十字会与红新月会协会及其执行理事会成员、90年代战略发展委员会成员。中国红十字会的任务是负责群众性急救技术的普及和训练；社会福利及救济工作的动员、实施；输血和献血的宣传、组织；进行国际交流，宣传人道主义，配合精神文明建设等。公开发行《中国红十字》杂志和《中国红十字报》。 |
