性质:紫黑色粉状。溶于水呈枣红色,也溶于溶纤素(乙二醇乙醚);微溶于乙醇和丙酮,不溶于其他有机溶剂。在浓硫酸中呈蓝色,稀释后生成线红棕色沉淀;在浓硝酸中呈黄色;在稀氢氧化钠溶淮中呈红色。其水溶液,加家盐酸生成黄棕色沉淀;加浓氢氧化钠液转呈紫黑色。水中溶解度(80℃)为50g/L。染色时遇铜、铁色光有变化。

制备方法:由1,2,4-酸氧体(1-氨基-2-萘酚-4-磺酸重氮盐)与2-萘酚进行偶合,再经盐析、过滤、干燥等处理过程,制得本品。该品外观为黑色均匀粉末,色光与标准品近似(蓝光黑),强度为标准品100±3(分),水溶性杂质含量≤1%,含水量≤5%,细度(通过80目筛余物含量)≤5%,在羊毛织物上的染色坚牢度符合标准品(日晒6-7级,皂洗、水浸、汗渍、煮呢等褪色牢度均为4-5级,碳化、干洗为4-5级,干摩擦为4级)。原料消耗(kg/t)1,2,4-酸氧体 3652-萘酸 220氯化锌 80烧碱 120硫酸 185纯碱 165氨水(20%) 80

用途:主要用于羊毛的散毛、毛条和呢坯染色。一般用于染黑色,而不用于染灰色。也可用于蚕丝、锦纶、皮革等的染色。纯品还可作指标剂用。经乙酸铬预处理的羊毛织物可本品直接印花。染色宜采用后媒法,铬盐用量不宜大,一般为染物重量的1%-1.5%即可。
