[Method] The Longdu early-maturing pomelo was treated with different methods of 1% ethanol,5% ethanol,1% acetic acid,1% acetic acid(40±1)℃ for 12 h and(40±1)℃ for 12 h on the basis of taking CT preservative as the control and the debittering effect and storage effect of different treating methods were observed.
[方法]在采用CT保鲜剂(对照)的基础上,再分别用1%乙醇、5%乙醇、1%醋酸、1%醋酸在(40±1)℃下12 h(、40±1)℃下12 h处理龙都早熟柚,观察不同处理方法的脱苦效果、贮藏效果。

补充资料：都龙庙
都龙庙在苍龙岭下，始建于北魏，南出庙东侧门即苍龙岭。庙依几块巨大片状石壁而建，构思奇巧，建筑风格别致，徒刑大小与岭的险峻相得益彰。庙后为苍龙岭西崖壁，苍松成林，岩花铺锦。庙前与救苦台之间地面平坦，间有伏石，四周环境优美多富变化，加之又是北峰到五云峰之间最大的坪场，故游人多在此驻足小憩。
庙始建时称胡趋神寺。《水经注》记述：“化山搦岭，北胡趋寺，神像有童子之容。祠祀有感，则云与之平，然后敢度”。清以后，庙被俗称为都龙庙，又作督龙庙，庙内塑像为龙君，怒目圆睁，须髭飘冉，形象生动威武。庙的更名大凡与清乾隆时陕西巡抚毕沅开凿苍龙岭道路、伤了龙脉的传说有关。据民间传，自毕沅开路伤龙脉后，苍龙再无力行云布雨以护农桑，百姓便塑像祭奉香火以示忏悔，祈请并督促苍龙病体康复，佑百姓丰年太平。
