相邻二椎体间借椎间盘牢固相连,它由互相移行的内、外两部分构成,外部为纤维环,由无数层纤维软骨环组成,坚韧而富有弹性;内部稍居后方,为白色而有弹性的胶样物质称为髓核。椎间盘坚固而富弹性,可承受压力,吸收震荡。
