收人企业通过销售商品或者提供劳务等生产经营活动而获得的营业收人。企业的所有收入中.有通过销售商品产品、提供劳务等生产经营活动取得的营业收入，也有不通过生产经营所取得的收入.如对方违约的罚金收入等。由此.企业的收入产生了广义和狭义两个概念。广义的收人.除包括生产经营活动取得的收入外，还包括除投人资本以外的净资产的增加。狭义的收入，仅将企业的生产经营收入作为企业的收入，而非生产经营所得则不作为企业的收，入c中国的《企业会计准则》对企业的收入采用了狭义的概念。 企业的收入是企业通过其经常性的生产经营活动.将所掌握的经济资源加工转换为社会所需要的产品并销售出去，或者按一定要求提供完成了一定数量和质量劳务作业而获得的企业的收入.或者体现为企业资产的增加，或者体现为企业负债的减少，其结果是导致企业净资产的增加。但使企业净资产增加的却不一定都是企业收入的结果.投资人投人资本也会导致企业净资产的增力日。 在中国.按照《企业会计准则》的要求.企业的收入应该划分为基本业务收入和其他业务收入基本业务收入是企业从事基本业务活动所取得的收入，它是企业的主要营业收入，直接影响和决定企业的经济效益。企业的营业性质决定了其基本业务收入包括的内容。在工业企业中，其基本业务收入指其商品产品销售收入。其他业务收入指企业从事其基本业务以外的其他业务活动所取得的收入。以工业企业为例，如出租固定资产的收入等。 在企业的会计核算中，企业的基本业务收入和其他业务收入要分设科目进行核算，在会计报表中也要分项列示。关于确认企业营业收入的实现，中国《企业会计准则》规定:企业应在发出商品产品、提供劳务，同时收讫价款或者取得收取价款的凭据时，确认营业收入的实现。确认企业营业收入的实现有两个标志:一是商品产品已经发出或者劳务已经提供。二是价款已经收到或者已经取得收取价款的凭据。 企业采用的销售方式、货款结算方式不同，确认销售收入实现的具体标志也不相同。在交款提货的销售方式下，以货款收到，发票、提单交给买主作为销售的实现;在预收货款的方式下，以商品产品的发出作为销售的实现;在委托代销的方式下，以代销单位将代销商品产品售出并收到代销单位的代销清单作为销售的实现;在托收承付结算方式下，以商品产品发出并向银行办理好托收手续作为销售的实现;在分期收款销售的方式下，以合同约定的收款日期和收款确认为销售的实现;在长期工程合同中，可以按照完成进度法或者完成合同法确认销售收入的实现。
