瘀血咳嗽 瘀血咳嗽 病证名。即瘀血咳、瘀血嗽。《血证论·咳嗽》：“有咳嗽侧卧一边，翻身则咳益甚者，……宜血府逐瘀汤加杏仁、五味子主之。侧卧左边者，以左边有瘀血，故不得右卧也，右卧则瘀血翻动、益加壅塞，宜加青皮、鳖甲、莪术，以去左边之瘀血。侧卧右边者，以右边有瘀血，故不得左卧也，宜加郁金、桑皮、姜黄，以去右边之瘀血。凡此瘀血咳嗽之证。”参见瘀血咳等条目。
