In order to preparing amphiphilic carboxy methyl chitosan, carboxy methyl and alkyl were introduced into chitosan to prepare new type of amphiphilic carboxy methyl chitosan.
为了制备两亲性羧甲基壳聚糖,采用引入羧甲基和烷基的方法对壳聚糖进行研究,结果表明:制备出了同时具有亲水性和亲油性的新型两亲性羧甲基壳聚糖,说明通过对壳聚糖进行两亲性改性研究是可行的,为工业化生产两亲性羧甲基壳聚糖提供了有力依据。
