As an important part of the national education innovation system,construction and development of industry universities is directly related to the improvement of the industry science and technology,the application of higher education resources,and the implementation of the national education strategy.

The occupational higher schools journals should take the measures of exerting the lines’ advantages, showing the special nature of the lines, basing on the fields and emphasizing the advantageous disciplines development to run well the featured columns.

Based on both the analysis of the characteristics of industry higher vocational college and the practice of Work and Study Mode in the cultivation of qualified personnel,the existing problems in practice and the supports resulting in a smooth implementation have been summarized in this article.
