卵泡腔


随着卵泡的发育,卵母细胞周围的颗粒细胞增生成复层,由于颗粒细胞增生较快,增生的颗粒细胞群团中间出现小空隙,称为卵泡腔。腔内的液体渐渐积聚增多,是清澈透亮的血液循环渗出液,称为卵泡液。卵泡液中含有血浆蛋白类固醇激素、颗粒细胞所分泌的酸性黏多糖和其他肽类蛋白激素等。
