Combined with the practical situation of Tianjin city gas,the functions and characteristics of city gas dispatching operation management system,network geographic information system and emergency vehicle command system,the application case and the management efficiency are discussed.

In this paper, a distributed railway traffic control system structure is defined and the corresponding fuzzy multiattribute decision making based intelligent traffic control algorithm is proposed in light of distributed control, AI and fuzzy decisionmaking.
