On the basis of the minimum energy principle and the minimum resistance law,this article proposes a new method,termed equipotential field method,to design the proper preform for producing isothermo forged P/M superalloy disks.
本文根据能量最小原理和最小阻力原理,利用塑性变形过程中坯料的流动规律于静电场等势线分布类似这一特性,提出一种能够进行预成形设计的新方法-类等势场法,并采用该方法对粉末高温合金盘件进行预成形设计,从中优选出6组预成形形状,利用MSC/Superform商用软件对上述预制坯的等温成形过程进行数值模拟,得到6组粉末高温合金盘件终锻结束时各个部分的等效应变分布、预锻和终锻的变形程度分配以及模具型腔的受力情况。

Potential flow
势流(potential flow) 势流是能由速度势确定的液流。与蠕变流不同，势流描述这样的条件:流动受惯性支配而粘滞力可以忽略。当一个流体的粘滞效应可以忽略时，大多数情况下.如果流体是从静止开始流动，则流体的流动始终是无旋的。对犷无旋流，存在一个速度势，速度矢量就是速度势的梯度。对J二不可压缩的液体·速度势满足拉普拉斯方程，这个方程在数学上已经得到了非常彻底的研究。对于可压缩的液流，势流以亚声速流动进行。对r流经一个很薄物体的跨声速流体，势流可以认为是很好的近似。然而.在超声速的流动中，强激波后面就不存在势流了。参阅“液流”(fluidfl(、w)、“流体流动原理”(fluid一fl()w pri:、eiples)、“流体动力学”(hydrodynamies)、“拉普拉斯无旋运动”(IJaptaee’5 irrotati〔)nal motion)、.‘势”(potentials)各条。 势流满足不可压缩粘性流的纳维一斯托克斯方程，但是枯性流在固体墙上的边界条件不适用。因此，势流适用于许多低粘度流体的流动问题，如远离固体墙的空气和水，但是不适用于近墙壁的边界层流动。参阅“边界层流动”(boundary laye:flow)、“纳维一斯托克斯方程，，(Navier一Stokes equations)各条。 〔佩(5 .1.Pai)撰〕
