The paper introduced the dryer\' s features——combining heat supply,drying and dedusting function in one and parallel flow process,analysed in detail the configuration and the core innovative technology——inlay gear wheel,united subsection drying,center "X" shape dispersing flight,special reverse air steel structure deduster.

In order to limit tap operating times of transformer in a period of time, a strategy for substation voltage & reactive power control based on combined sections of active, reactive load and system voltage is proposed in this paper.
