Methods of knowledge services,one of which was to access knowledge points with couple to couple content contrast by computer technology,are discussed in order to enhance understanding efficiency.

The process and mechanism of LAS natural degradation in environment including water and soil were elaborated,and the major influential factors of LAS degradation efficiency including LAS molecular structure,its initial concentration,microorganism quantity,temperature,oxygen content and pH value were analyzed.
