Objective: To observe the anal carbuncle (perianal abscess) after local application of wound dressing gauze rhubarb clinical efficacy, and discusses its action mechanism from both the theory and the clinical.
方法:在临床上选择符合纳入标准的肛痈术后患者90例,随机分为三组,以大黄纱条为治疗组治疗患者30例,以玉红纱条及呋喃西林纱条为对照组治疗患者各30例,分别于术后第1、3、5、7、14天记录局部疼痛,分泌物,创缘水肿,肉芽水肿,舒适程度及最后的愈合时间,综合观察三组疗效。
